Questions About This Mentorship

No. Whether you have an existing CV or you're starting from scratch, we work with where you are. If you have an existing CV, share it when you book. If you don't, your mentor will guide you through building one from zero during the session.
Absolutely. While many of our mentors have tech backgrounds, the CV, LinkedIn, and interview frameworks we teach apply to any professional role — finance, marketing, HR, business development, design, and more. When booking, specify your industry and we'll match you with the most relevant mentor.
Most sessions are booked within 24–48 hours. If you have an interview coming up urgently, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to get you a session as quickly as possible — sometimes the same day.
Both. During the session, your mentor will advise you on what to change and why. After the session, they'll send you written bullet point rewrites, a revised LinkedIn headline, and specific language suggestions. You own the final version — you'll just have expert guidance on every word.
Mentorship sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. However if you're genuinely unhappy with the quality of your session, contact us at support@learnovo.ng within 24 hours and we'll arrange a free follow-up session with a different mentor at no extra cost.
