- Educational background (for SIWES/IT placement applications)
- Institution name and department (for student placements)

5.1 Service Providers

5.2 Educational Institutions
For students on SIWES or IT placement programmes, we may share relevant documentation and basic student details with your institution's SIWES coordinator or ITF-appointed supervisor as required for the placement process.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or a Nigerian regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Learnovo, our students, or the public.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

- SIWES/placement records โ retained for 5 years to support institutional verification requests
- Marketing data โ retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- Support communications โ retained for 2 years after resolution
When your data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

Learnovo's main platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. Our Learnovo Kids programme is designed for children aged 7โ17 and operates under a separate privacy framework with additional protections:
- All registrations for Learnovo Kids must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
- We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver the kids programme
- Children's data is never used for marketing or profiling purposes
- Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 7 years of age
- Children's sessions are supervised and conducted in a safe online environment
