Yes, but only with your mentor's explicit consent. If you'd like to record your session, let your mentor know before the call starts. Most mentors are happy to allow recording for personal use. The session notes your mentor sends after the call capture all the key points, so recording isn't strictly necessary.
That's more common than you think. If you're unsure what to focus on, just tell your mentor: "I'm not sure what to ask — here's where I am and here's what I'm trying to achieve." A good mentor will ask you the right questions and structure the session around what you actually need. You don't need to arrive with a perfect agenda.
Yes. Every booking is independent, so you can book with a different mentor for each session. However, we recommend sticking with the same mentor across multiple sessions when possible — continuity means your mentor already knows your situation, your progress, and your challenges, making each subsequent session more valuable.
Completed sessions are non-refundable. However if you genuinely feel your session didn't deliver value — the mentor arrived unprepared, was significantly late, or the quality was clearly below standard — contact us at support@learnovo.ng within 24 hours with specific details and we'll arrange a complimentary follow-up session with a different mentor.
A private session is a single 60-minute call for one specific topic. A mentorship package (like CV & Interview Prep, Portfolio Building, or Career Coaching) is a structured programme with multiple sessions, a defined outcome, and a more comprehensive deliverable — like a 90-day action plan or a live portfolio. If you have a specific one-off question or need, book a session. If you want a full transformation in a specific area, choose a package.
