What is SIWES and Who Qualifies?

The Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) is a federal government programme in Nigeria designed to expose students to hands-on industrial experience relevant to their field of study. It is a compulsory component of degree and diploma programmes in Nigerian universities and polytechnics.

You must be currently enrolled in a recognised Nigerian university, polytechnic, or college of education. We'll need your student ID or school admission letter.

Yes. Learnovo Digital Academy is a registered tech training company in Nigeria operated by Ceped Technologies Ltd. We provide official placement letters on company letterhead that are accepted by Nigerian universities and polytechnics as a valid SIWES employer. We work with ITF guidelines and provide all required documentation.
No. Our entire programme is 100% online. You can participate from anywhere in Nigeria — Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu, or anywhere else. All you need is a device and internet access. We do offer optional in-person sessions for students in Abuja.
Yes. Every student is assigned a dedicated supervisor who signs their logbook on a weekly basis. We also stamp and sign the official ITF assessment form and provide an end-of-placement evaluation that you can submit to your institution.
We charge a modest placement and training fee in Naira. The exact fee depends on the programme type and duration. Contact us via WhatsApp or the application form to get a quote. We also offer instalment payment plans to make it accessible for every student.
