Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Learnovo Digital Academy platform, enrolling in any course, or booking a mentorship session. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using the Learnovo Digital Academy website (learnovo.ng), registering an account, enrolling in a course, booking a mentorship session, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ceped Technologies Limited (trading as Learnovo Digital Academy).
If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Learnovo Digital Academy is a digital skills training platform operated by Ceped Technologies Limited, a company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our registered address is in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
We provide:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
To access most of our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:
Each individual may maintain only one active account on our platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain multiple refunds, or abuse promotional offers is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Learnovo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
By enrolling in a course and completing payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content for your own learning purposes. Enrolment is confirmed upon successful payment processing.
Self-paced courses come with lifetime access to the course materials as they exist at the time of purchase, including any subsequent updates made by the instructor. Access is subject to our platform remaining operational and your account remaining in good standing.
All course content is strictly for your personal educational use. You may not:
While we intend for all published courses to remain available, we reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time. If a course is permanently discontinued, enrolled students will be notified and offered a reasonable alternative or refund at our discretion.
All prices on our platform are listed and charged in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. International payments are accepted and will be processed at the current exchange rate by our payment processor.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept all major Nigerian debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD payments. Learnovo does not store your card details — all payment information is handled directly by Paystack.
We offer instalment payment arrangements for eligible courses and programmes. Instalment agreements are made individually via WhatsApp or email and are binding. Failure to complete agreed instalment payments may result in suspension of course access until outstanding payments are cleared.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our courses and services at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid. We will not charge you for additional features or services without your explicit consent.
If a payment fails, your access to the relevant course or service will not be activated until successful payment is received. For instalment plans, if a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to contact you within 3 business days before suspending access.
To request a refund, email support@learnovo.ng with your full name, order reference number, course name, and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the policy is being abused.
Mentorship sessions are booked in advance through our platform or via WhatsApp. Once booked, both the student and mentor will receive confirmation of the agreed date, time, and Google Meet link.
All mentorship sessions must be conducted respectfully and professionally. Learnovo reserves the right to terminate a session and suspend a user's account without refund if the student engages in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour toward a mentor.
Sessions may be recorded with the consent of both parties for the student's personal review only. Recorded sessions may not be shared, published, or distributed without written permission from both the mentor and Learnovo.
While our mentors are qualified industry professionals who will provide their best guidance, Learnovo cannot guarantee specific outcomes from mentorship sessions, including job placement, salary increases, or career advancement. Results depend on the student's own effort and application of the guidance received.
Acceptance onto our SIWES or IT Placement programme is at Learnovo's discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. We will confirm your acceptance and provide placement details within 5 business days of a complete application.
Students on our SIWES or IT Placement programme agree to:
We will provide official placement letters, logbook signing, and end-of-placement documentation as described in our programme details. However, Learnovo cannot guarantee that your institution will accept our placement — it is your responsibility to confirm that your school accepts digital/online SIWES placements before enrolling.
SIWES and IT placement fees are non-refundable once the placement has commenced (i.e. once your first training session or logbook entry has taken place). Placement fees cover documentation, supervision, course access, and administrative support for the full placement duration.
We reserve the right to terminate a student's placement without refund if they fail to meet attendance requirements, are found to have submitted fraudulent logbook entries, or engage in conduct that violates these terms.
The Learnovo Kids programme operates under additional terms to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and teenagers:
All content on the Learnovo platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, slides, quizzes, graphics, logos, brand assets, and website design — is the intellectual property of Ceped Technologies Limited or our licensed content creators. All rights are reserved.
When you enrol in a course, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own personal educational use only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any course content.
Any content you submit to our platform — including forum posts, project submissions, reviews, or feedback — remains your property. However, by submitting it, you grant Learnovo a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content in connection with our services, including for marketing purposes (with appropriate attribution).
If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please notify us at legal@learnovo.ng with full details. We take intellectual property rights seriously and will investigate all valid complaints promptly.
By using our platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.
Completion certificates are issued to students who have genuinely completed a course — including all required lessons, quizzes, and projects as defined by the individual course requirements. Certificates will not be issued for partial completion.
Learnovo completion certificates are recognised as evidence of skills training by participating employers and organisations in Nigeria. However, our certificates are not equivalent to academic qualifications, government-issued professional licences, or regulated professional certifications unless explicitly stated.
Each certificate includes a unique verification code and can be verified on our platform. Altering, forging, or misrepresenting a Learnovo certificate is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud under Nigerian law. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we have evidence of fraudulent completion.
Placement letters and SIWES documentation are official documents issued by Learnovo on company letterhead. These must not be altered in any way. Any tampering with official placement documentation is a serious violation and will result in immediate programme termination and potential legal action.
Our platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law. Specifically:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Learnovo Digital Academy and Ceped Technologies Limited shall not be liable for:
In all cases where Learnovo is found liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@learnovo.ng. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, unless a valid refund claim exists under Section 6.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if:
In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate and without prior notice. We will not issue refunds for terminated accounts unless required by law.
Upon termination, your right to access our platform and all associated services will cease immediately. Any content you have submitted to the platform may be deleted. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at legal@learnovo.ng. We will make a genuine effort to resolve the matter within 15 business days. If we cannot reach a resolution, either party may refer the matter to mediation or the courts of Nigeria.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of our platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our platform before the changes take effect.
For minor changes (such as grammar corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights), we may update the terms without prior notice.
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, or if you wish to exercise any of your rights under these terms, please contact us:
By using Learnovo Digital Academy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These terms were last updated in May 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
