"Africa's greatest untapped resource is not oil or gold — it is the millions of young people who simply lack access to the right skills and the right guidance."
My journey into digital education did not begin in a boardroom — it began with a frustration. As a Solutions Manager at Ceped Technologies Ltd, I sat at the intersection of business problems and technology solutions every single day. And every single day, I saw the same gap: Nigerian businesses that needed digital talent, and Nigerian young people who had the hunger but not the access.
"I kept meeting smart, driven young Nigerians who couldn't get hired — not because they lacked potential, but because nobody had taught them the right things, the right way."
That observation became an obsession. I began to ask a harder question: what would digital education in Nigeria look like if it was built around outcomes, not just content? If every course ended not with a certificate on a wall, but with a skill that earns money?
In 2022, I left the comfort of my corporate role and founded Learnovo Digital Academy — a platform designed from the ground up for the Nigerian learner. Not a copy of Western e-learning models, but something deliberately African — affordable, practical, mentorship-driven, and relentlessly focused on real-world results.
Today, Learnovo has trained over 5,000 learners across Nigeria, launched a dedicated kids programme, and earned a reputation as one of the most trusted digital skills platforms in the country. But for myself, this is only the beginning.
World-class digital education should not be a privilege reserved for the wealthy. Every Nigerian deserves access regardless of location or income.
Students learn best from people who share their context and their struggles. Learnovo's mentor network is deliberately African.
The goal is never just a certificate. Every course is designed to create income — whether that's a job, freelance career, or business.
The Learnovo Kids programme reflects the belief that digital literacy must begin in childhood, not college.
Too many African learners are taught with Western frameworks. Kingsley is building curriculum that is African in context, global in standard.
Nigeria is the starting point — not the finish line. The vision is pan-African — from Lagos to Nairobi to Accra.
Built Nigeria's most trusted digital skills platform from the ground up — from curriculum design to product to community. Now serving 5,000+ learners.
Led technology solutions delivery for corporate clients across Nigeria. Built deep expertise in problem-solving and digital transformation.
Specialises in outcome-focused digital learning. Believes deeply in personalised mentorship as the bridge between knowledge and application.
Committed to closing Africa's digital skills gap through affordable, practical, and culturally relevant education.
Whether you're a student looking for guidance, a business seeking digital training partnerships, a mentor who wants to join the Learnovo faculty, or a journalist covering Africa's EdTech story — I am always open to a conversation.
I started Learnovo because I genuinely believe that the next Google, the next Flutterwave, the next defining tech company of our generation will come from Africa. Our job is to make sure the talent that builds it is ready.
