Yes. We offer a 7-day refund for self-paced courses if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Mentorship sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. Contact support@learnovo.ng within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.
Yes. We offer flexible instalment plans for courses above ₦15,000 and for all mentorship programmes. Simply chat with us on WhatsApp before purchasing and we'll set up a payment schedule that works for you.
We accept all major Nigerian payment methods including bank transfer, debit/credit card (Visa & Mastercard), and Paystack. All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira. International card payments are also accepted at the Naira equivalent.
Self-paced courses do not include 1-on-1 mentorship — they include community support and instructor Q&A via the platform. If you want personalised guidance, you can purchase a mentorship session separately or upgrade to a mentorship plan at any time.
Forever. Once you purchase a self-paced course, you have lifetime access to all the content including any future updates the instructor makes to that course. There are no subscription fees or expiry dates on individual course purchases.
Yes. We offer student discounts on a case-by-case basis — send us your student ID on WhatsApp. We also offer group discounts for 3 or more people enrolling together in the same course. Corporate and institutional plans have built-in discounts of up to 40%.
