Account & Login
Creating an account is quick and free. Click the Join Free button in the navigation bar, enter your full name, email address, and a secure password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account and you're ready to start learning.
If you're enrolling your child on the Learnovo Kids programme, use your own details and indicate during registration that you're enrolling on behalf of a minor.
Click Log In on the navigation bar, then select "Forgot Password?" below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send a password reset link immediately.
If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not there, contact us via WhatsApp with your registered email address and we'll help you regain access.
Try the following steps in order:
- Double-check your email address and password for typos
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
- Try a different browser or device
- Use the Forgot Password option to reset your password
- If none of these work, contact us on WhatsApp with your registered email and we'll investigate
Log in and go to your Dashboard → My Profile. From there you can update your name, phone number, profile photo, and bio. To change your email address, contact our support team as this requires identity verification for security purposes.
To delete your account, email support@learnovo.ng from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.
Please note: Deleting your account is irreversible. You will lose access to all purchased courses. We recommend downloading your certificates before submitting a deletion request.
Courses & Enrolment
Browse our course catalogue and click on any course you're interested in. On the course page, click Enrol Now or Buy Now. You'll be directed to our checkout page where you can pay securely using your bank card, transfer, or other supported methods. Once payment is confirmed, you'll have immediate access to the course.
All your enrolled courses are in your Dashboard → My Courses. If you've just enrolled and a course isn't showing, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If it still doesn't appear after 10 minutes, contact us with your payment receipt and we'll activate access manually within the hour.
All self-paced courses come with lifetime access. Once you purchase a course, you can access it at any time, at your own pace, forever — as long as your account is in good standing and the course remains on our platform.
Yes! Our platform is fully mobile-optimised. You can access all your courses, watch videos, complete quizzes, and track your progress from any smartphone or tablet. Just open your browser (Chrome or Safari work best on mobile) and log in to your account.
Currently, course videos cannot be downloaded for offline viewing. All content is streamed through our platform to protect the intellectual property of our instructors. You will need an internet connection to access course materials. We recommend a stable connection for the best video quality.
Try these steps: (1) Refresh the page. (2) Clear your browser cache. (3) Switch to a different browser (Chrome is recommended). (4) Check your internet connection speed. (5) Disable any browser extensions that might be blocking video. If the issue persists, contact us on WhatsApp with a screenshot of the error and your course name.
Payments & Billing
We accept all major Nigerian payment methods through Paystack, including:
- Debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
- Bank transfer
- USSD payments
- Mobile money
All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦). International cards are also accepted at the current exchange rate.
If your payment failed, first check that your card has sufficient balance and is enabled for online transactions. Some Nigerian banks require you to activate internet/international transactions via your banking app or by calling your bank.
Try a different card or use bank transfer as an alternative. If you were charged but didn't get access, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your transaction reference number.
We offer refunds on self-paced courses within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, email support@learnovo.ng with your order reference number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Mentorship sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Yes! We offer instalment payment plans for courses above ₦15,000 and for all mentorship programmes. Simply message us on WhatsApp before purchasing and we'll set up a flexible payment plan that works for your budget. Typically we offer 2–3 instalments over 1–2 months.
A payment confirmation email is automatically sent to your registered email address after every successful payment. This email serves as your receipt. If you need a formal invoice (e.g. for corporate reimbursement), email support@learnovo.ng with your order details and we'll generate one for you.
Mentorship Sessions
You can book a mentorship session directly from our Mentorship page or by clicking the Book a Session button on any instructor's profile page. You'll choose your preferred date, time, and mentor. Alternatively, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll help match you with the right mentor and schedule your first session.
You can reschedule a session at no charge if you give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the full fee. To reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible with your session details.
All sessions take place via Google Meet. You'll receive a Google Meet link in your confirmation email at least 1 hour before the session. Click the link at the scheduled time and your mentor will admit you. You don't need to install anything — Google Meet works in your browser on any device.
Make sure your camera and microphone are working before the session starts. If you have trouble joining, contact us on WhatsApp immediately.
This is extremely rare, but if your mentor doesn't show up, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will reschedule your session at no cost and at your preferred time. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for that session.
Certificates
Your certificate is automatically generated and available to download from your Dashboard once you have completed all required course lessons, quizzes, and projects. Go to Dashboard → My Courses → [Course Name] → Certificate to download it as a PDF.
If you've completed the course but the certificate isn't showing, try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't appear after 24 hours, contact us with your course name and completion details.
Certificates are generated using the name on your account profile. If your name is wrong, first update it in Dashboard → My Profile. Then contact support@learnovo.ng requesting a reissued certificate with your corrected name. We'll regenerate it within 2 business days.
Every Learnovo certificate contains a unique verification code. Employers can verify the certificate by visiting learnovo.ng/verify and entering the code printed on the certificate. This confirms the certificate is genuine and shows the course completed, completion date, and the student's name.
SIWES & IT Placement
Visit our SIWES & IT Placement page and fill out the application form with your school name, department, preferred track, and placement dates. We'll respond within 24 hours with your placement details. You can also apply directly via WhatsApp.
Every student on our SIWES programme is assigned a dedicated supervisor. Your supervisor will sign your logbook entries on a weekly basis — either via WhatsApp (digital signature), email, or in-person for Abuja-based students. You must submit your logbook entries every Friday for the previous week's activities. Entries must be genuine and based on your actual training activities.
Learnovo is a registered Nigerian company and we issue official placement letters on company letterhead. Our letters are accepted by most universities and polytechnics that allow digital or remote SIWES placements. However, we strongly recommend confirming with your institution's SIWES coordinator before enrolling, as policies vary by school and department.
Yes. Our SIWES and IT placement programmes are 100% online. You can participate from any state in Nigeria — Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu, or anywhere with internet access. All training, supervision, and logbook management is done remotely. Optional in-person sessions are available for students in Abuja.
Learnovo Kids
Visit kids.learnovo.ng or send us a WhatsApp message with your child's name, age, and interests. We'll recommend the right programme (Starter for ages 7–11, or Teen Tech Track for ages 12–17) and walk you through enrolment. All enrolments must be completed by a parent or guardian.
Parents receive a monthly progress report via email detailing your child's attendance, skills covered, projects completed, and areas for improvement. You can also request an update at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. We believe in keeping parents fully informed and involved.
All Learnovo Kids instructors are background-checked and trained in age-appropriate delivery and child safeguarding. Sessions are conducted in a supervised online environment. Children are not permitted to share personal contact details with instructors outside the platform. Parents are welcome to sit in on any session. Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to support@learnovo.ng.
Technical Issues
Try refreshing the page first. If the issue persists: (1) Clear your browser cache and cookies. (2) Try a different browser — we recommend Google Chrome. (3) Check your internet connection. (4) Try accessing from a different device. If the site is still not working after 30 minutes, it may be a temporary server issue on our end. Check our WhatsApp status or contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Take a screenshot of your completed quiz/assignment before submitting. Try submitting again after refreshing the page. If the problem continues, email support@learnovo.ng with the screenshot, your course name, and a description of the issue. We'll manually record your submission and resolve the technical issue within 24 hours.
First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes end up there. To prevent this, add support@learnovo.ng to your contacts or safe sender list. If you still can't find the email after checking spam, contact us on WhatsApp with your registered email address and we'll resend it or verify your account manually.
